I began my career in Silicon Valley startups and anti-slavery advocacy, driven by a passion for innovation and impact. But everything changed after a brain injury while surfing upended my life. In the process of recovery, I was forced to confront how physical changes to the brain can fundamentally alter how we think, feel, and experience the world. That turning point led me to take seriously the ADHD and learning differences I had lived with since childhood. As I dove into the science of the brain, I began to see how profoundly life can change when you truly understand how your brain works—and when you design your life to work with it, not against it. I fell in love with this work because I get to help other people find the same freedom. When people begin to understand their ADHD and attention-strained brains, they’re able to build lives that work specifically for them. I’m certified as both an ADHD and general coach, and I support people in creating systems and strategies that align with their brains—so they can live with more ease, achieve their goals, and find fulfillment in the process.

My Clients

“I came to Jesse because I felt overwhelmed in life. I was having issues gaining any traction - with my career, with my exercise habits, with my messy home and more. After a short while working with Jesse, I felt like I could breathe again. I was able to start making progress towards my goals and I was surprised with how quickly that progress came...”

"I’ve been in therapy for 11 years and this the first time someone has been able to help me find a way to get tasks done. If you’re struggling with executive function, I encourage you to set up a zoom meeting with him to learn more about how to accommodate your own neurodivergent needs."
